Tofu Kimchi Pizza

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup silken tofu
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup water, lukewarm
1 strip bacon, diced
1/2 cup cabbage kimchi, diced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil, for brushing

Soon Dubu Jjigae

Ingredients:

12 dried anchovies
1/3 cup of kelp, half onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 3 shiitake mushrooms
100 grams of beef, 1 cup of mixed seafood, 3 shrimp
2 green onions, 1 green chili pepper
2-5 tbs of hot pepper flakes
Olive oil, sesame oil, 2 tubes of soft tofu
2 tbs of fish sauce, and 2 eggs

Sam Gye Tang

Sam Gye Tang (ginseng chicken soup) is a variety of guk or Korean soup. The main ingredients are a whole young chicken and Korean ginseng. Samgyetang is traditionally served in the summer for its supposed nutrients, to replenish the lost body nutrients through excessive sweating during the hot summers in Korea.

Ingredients:

1 small Cornish hen
2 pieces ginseng roots (dried or fresh, approx. 2-3 inches long)
7 garlic cloves
7 dried red dates
5 dried chestnuts, peeled
1 cup sweet rice, uncooked
10 cups water
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon ground dried chili pepper
1 cup dashi
1 small onion (chopped)
1 serving tofu (cubed)
1/2 small zucchini (sliced)
1 jalapeno pepper (chopped)
1 tablespoon dengjang
1 teaspoon gochujang
1 green onion (chopped)
