Ingredients:
400 g (14 oz) spaghetti
150 g (5 oz) streaky bacon slices (unsmoked and thin)
50 g (2 oz) matured pecorino cheese (grated)
15 ml (1tbs) extra virgin olive oil
3 egg yolks, plus 1 whole egg (use large eggs, if you can, use free range organic eggs)
80 ml (3 fl. oz) white wine.
1 small size onion (cut into rings)
5 g (ΒΌ oz) ground pepper grains
