Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup good dark rum, divided in half
- 1 1/2 cups espresso, divided in half
- 17 ounces mascarpone cheese (available at italian specialty stores)
- 30 Italian ladyfingers, or savoiardi (savoiardi available at italian specialty stores)
- Bittersweet dark chocolate, shaved or grated
- Confectioners’ sugar
